政策研究與咨詢 · Policy Research and Consulting

除了一般的学术研究，华人论坛还积极开展就相关关键政策的研究与咨询。每年组织海外学者团访问北京等地与相关政府机构，例如外交部、国务院台办、国务院侨办等，进行深入的政策讨论与对话。同时，还和重要的智囊机构或大学，例如中国改革开放论坛、社会科学院、北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学等，展开学术交流，并就相关政策问题进行研讨。

 论坛本身还组织了由海外华人学者组成的相关政策研究的小组。以下是这方面的两个例子：

中国外交政策研究与咨询小组。协调员：赵全胜 （美国美利坚大学）

日本外交政策研究小组。协调员：赵全胜（美国美利坚大学），刘杰（日本早稻田大学），刘江永（中国清华大学）。

In addition to regular academic research, the global forum has also conducted extensive research around crucial policy issues and played consulting functions. Each year, the Forum organizes a group of overseas scholars to visit Beijing and some other places and have policy discussions and dialogues with related Chinese government agencies, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Taiwan Affairs Office and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council. Meanwhile, the Forum has also conducted academic exchanges and policy discussions with major think tanks and universities such as the China Reform Forum, Chinese Academy of Social Science, Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Fudan University, among others.  

The Forum has also organized policy research groups and projects. There are two such examples: 

• Chinese Foreign Policy Research and Consulting Group. Coordinator: Zhao Quansheng ( American University )
• Japanese Foreign Policy Research Group. Coordinators: Zhao Quansheng ( American University, U.S.A. ), Liu Jie ( Waseda University, Japan), and Liu Jiangyong (Tsinghua University, P.R.China).
